Maiden Erlegh Reserve Wildflower Survey

Renee Grayer, a local expert on identification of flowers, has done a survey of the wildflower areas in the Maiden Erlegh Reserve. Two areas were surveyed - the "new" wildflower area bordering the lake path between the Green Fair field and Oakwood Meadow, and the scallops along Instow Road. The survey was conducted in late July. The results are shown in the tables below. Entries marked with * result from sowings of seed by the park rangers. Other flowers are naturally-occurring.
