University of Reading Sibly Hall Redevelopment

The following communication has been sent to residents living near Sibley Hall, from Meeting Place Communications on behalf of the University of Reading

Proposals for new homes at Sibly Hall

The University of Reading is proposing a development of new homes at Sibly Hall, Redhatch Drive. The proposal is for approximately 100 high quality homes on a site to be created by the demolition of the halls of residence. Part of the proposals will include plans to safeguard and enhance the Redhatch Copse woodland, which is part of the site. An outline planning application will be submitted later this year.
We will be holding an exhibition of these proposals and are inviting local residents to attend. This will be a chance to find out more about what the University of Reading is proposing, talk to some of the team working on the project, and give your feedback which could help shape the planning of the development.
The exhibition is being held as follows:

Saturday 3rd July, lOam-4pm
Sibly Hall
Redhatch Drive, Earley, RG6 5QW

If you want to find out more but are unable to attend, please call the office on 01225 422243 or email info@meetinqplacecommunications.com and after the exhibition has taken place we can email you all the information which was displayed, along with a feedback form for your comments. The information in the exhibition will also be available on the University website's Local Community pages after 3 July at www.reading.ac.uk .
