Earley Environmental Group 2021 AGMPlease take this as notice of the Earley Environmental Group's AGM for 2021, which will take place via Zoom at 7.30 pm on Monday 25th January 2021 and will be an opportunity to review the Group's activities over the past year and catch up with plans for the future. An agenda is attached, along with a copy of the minutes from the 2020 AGM. Nominations to stand for election to the committee are welcome and should be sent in advance to the Hon. Secretary, Bob Collis. All are invited to take part in a quiz that will follow the formal business of the meeting. The Zoom session has been booked as two sessions; the first for the AGM starting at 7.30pm and the second is for the Quiz at 8.15pm. Details of the links have been sent to all members for whom we have email addresses. If you have not received them, please let us know and we will send them to you. Below are links to the papers normally available at an AGM. You are invited to download them and have them available if attend the meeting.
